Are you a hands-on manager who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen? We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who knows how to run a tight ship in a dynamic food service environment. If you have experience managing the hustle of a street food stall or a local restaurant, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations to optimize sales and control expenses.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of 20+ employees.
Ensure high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock management to control food costs.
Handle cash, bank-in sales, and manage daily operational reports.
Foster a positive and energetic team spirit.
Who We Are Looking For:
Proven managers from street food, local coffee shops (kopitiam), or fast-casual restaurants.
Your practical experience is more valuable to us than a luxury hotel background.
At least
5 years of hands-on management experience
in a fast-paced F&B setting.
A leader who isn't afraid to be on the floor, guiding the team during busy rushes.
Strong understanding of cost control, minimizing waste, and managing manpower.
Ability to work 6 days a week in rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Willing to undergo a 45-day training program in Johor Bahru.
