Job Details
Open the restaurant sharp at opening time with all opening duties completed (plates, cutlery, table settings, toilets with soap and tissues) and opening report shared on the group 
Make sure guests are greeted and seated appropriately. 
Responsible for Menu management 
Responsible for Takeaway & Delivery 
Ensure the restaurant follows health and safety regulations 
Ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of Front of House throughout operational hour 
Restaurant closing with complete hygiene check, cashier closing, lock check, and a comprehensive closing report with any incidents reported, breakages or any other incidence 
Attention to detail with restaurant setup, service steps, and food service 
Excellent customer service skills, ensuring guests always feel welcome and attended to 
Work closely as a team with other\'s service crew team members and Kitchen staff.
