Summary Responsible for training employees in each branch on courtesy, table manners, service attitude, etc. Perform restaurant manager duties. , , Key Responsibilities Essential duties and primary responsibilities include the following : Conduct Internal Trainings to Front of House (FOH) employees : Target group include captains, supervisors, hostesses and waiters of our restaurants. , , Prepare and provide training materials such as visuals aids to the trainees Conduct training at least twice weekly at our restaurant Provide weekly post training report to the restaurant managers Conduct Yearly FOH Employees Performance Appraisals Carry out duties of the Restaurant Manager : Prepare duty roster, recruit, interview, select, supervise, counsel, discipline, appraise and also reward the employees. To work with the General Manager, Restaurants and the Human Resource Manager on staffs disciplinary matters , Interact positively with customers to promote the products and services of the restaurants and promptly resolve any complaints and resolve any problems faced by the customer , Back up other Restaurant Manager who is absent which may require the RSM to work at different hour . Others The RSM Manager may be required to take other reasonable duties as and when management sees appropriate which can be carried out by the Restaurant Manager A RSM must be able to have a good working relationship with employees.
