  • Education: Degree or Diploma in F&B/Hospitality/Business management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in F&B service procedures and food production processes.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills in written and spoken English or Mandarin.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to handle customer feedback tactfully.
Tanggungjawab
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and contribute to developing long-term strategies.
  • Ensure a welcoming dining environment for guests, focusing on creating a memorable dining experience.
  • Take charge of operational and financial aspects, including managing staffing levels, maintaining supplies, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring restaurant equipment is well-maintained.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise new staff members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
  • Manage the restaurant\'s operating budget, overseeing revenues, expenses, labor costs, and profitability.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to boost revenue while upholding quality standards.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and communicate objectives to supervisory staff.
  • Recommend staff promotions and changes to the F&B Managers/Director of F&B.
  • Address staff misconduct and report any issues to the F&B Manager/Director of F&B.
  • Promptly relay guest feedback to the F&B Manager/Director of F&B and maintain accurate records.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the Assistant Manager and staff. Regularly brief service staff on company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and take corrective measures as needed.
  • Monitor guest feedback and act accordingly.
