  • Receive, record, and distribute required items for stock.
  • Organize and maintain the arrangement of goods.
  • Inspect the quality and quantity of goods.
  • Keep records of inventory inflow and outflow.
  • Monitor appropriate storage temperatures.
  • Handle expired or damaged items.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to manage orders and logistics issues.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts.
  • Support the operational needs of other departments in the restaurant
