Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Si Ha Mala Enterprise' in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. As a full-time Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Non-Halal Restaurant. Preferably Mandarin Speaker.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and directing the work of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen personnel Ensuring all customers receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service Monitoring food quality, presentation, and portion control to maintain consistent standards Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and responsive manner Coordinating staff schedules and assignments to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours Assisting with inventory management and cost control measures Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures Providing training and development opportunities for restaurant staff

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory role Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient in inventory management and cost control Thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
