Job Description


  • Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage and guide service staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards in food and beverage preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
  • Support team members in preparing and serving food and beverages, handling customer orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Train new staff on company standards, menu items, and customer service protocols.
  • Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Maintain open communication with management to address operational issues, provide feedback, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with the team to execute daily duties and ensure seamless collaboration among staff members.
