  • Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or in any related field of studies that relates to the F&B sector;
  • Supervisor/Captain working experience in F&B industry are encourage to apply, training & career path planning.
  • Preferable 2-3 years of working experience as Outlet Manager in the retail or F&B industry
  • Non Halal Restaurant
Tanggungjawab
  • Responsible for daily operation, ensures the quality, standards, and meet the expectations of the customers.
  • Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders
  • Check food and beverage supplies
  • Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors and handle customer enquiry with cares
  • Adhere to food, health, and safety standards Manpower planning and scheduling of work for outlet staff;
  • Work closely and constantly communicate effectively with all relevant departments in HQ for any matters in relation to the smooth running of the outlet operations
