Job Responsibility Guiding and ensuring the staff under supervision achieve the targeted sales that has been set Develop sales techniques and assist in the development of sales team to maximize sales Train sales team regularly to ensure understanding of SOPs and other skills Make a daily schedule for the sales staff and monitor the staff\'s daily performance Maintains store presentation to ensure the selling environment is customer ready at all times Backup staff in daily operation such as during staff shortage (if needed only) Interviewing staff candidates and ensuring that the number of staff is sufficient Updating, ensuring effectiveness and training staff using the Staff Training Module Solving daily problems by providing effective solutions Making orders from suppliers and managing the stock receipt process. Prepare Sales Department Reports Job Requirements We are looking for a Caf Supervisor to join our team. They understand customer needs and offer solutions and support. A Caf Supervisor also need to organize, coordinate and motivate sales staff. They also need to recruit, hire, and train new sales staff. The ideal candidate has deep experience with entire sales process. They are passionate about generating sales and maintaining good relationship with customers. We are looking for a person with successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. What We Need From You Diploma or degree in related field (Halal/Pastry/Tourism/etc) Able to and interested in giving instruction to staff Charismatic and has high leadership skills Familiar with sales department or food and beverages field Attractive and able to build good relationships with customers Able to do planning and has basic Mathematical skills Alert and interested to satisfy customer needs Job Benifits Daytime work only (subject to company changes) Overtime allowance as needed (according to overtime hours) Birthday Leave with Pay (terms & conditions apply) Sales commission for surpassing targets Employees\' Provident Fund (EPF) contribution Social Security Organization (SOCSO) contribution Salary: RM2,000 (basic)
