POSITION: SUPERVISOR

DESCRIPTION

Strong supervision of staffs during peak hours to deliver quick service and order delivery to customers.
Ensure food served according to description given in the menu
Perform multi-tasks as guided by Manager in the absence of essential staff to serve and manage peak hours
OPERATIONAL STANDARDS

Oversee the supervision of all staff in restaurant and ensure that Company policies and procedures are followed at all times and Company standards are being upheld.
Inform the Assistant Manager/Manager of any queries posted by guest so that an answer can be given (related to Supervisor line of responsibility only).
Liaise with customers regarding any complains, take action as necessary, and report to Assistant Manager/Manager verbally an in writing.
Any other duties as requested by the Assistant Manager/Manager due to business demands.
Ensure all procedures regarding wastage and transfers are carried out.
CUSTOMER SERVICE

Undertake to deal with any customers' complaints in a professional, helpful and friendly manner at all times and immediately advise Assistant Manager/Manager.
REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Experience: 1 year working in restaurant,
Able to work under pressure and supervise staff with respect
Able to work in shifts, on weekends and Public Holidays.
