Requirements

• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiar with POS systems.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multitasking.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask effectively

Responsibilities
1. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
2. Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback or complaints professionally.
3. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards across all areas.
4. Assist in staff training, rostering, and performance monitoring.
5. Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and POS system reconciliation.
6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales summary breakdowns and operational reports.
7. Maintain proper inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
8. Ensure all restaurant equipment is well-maintained and report any issues promptly.
9. Support management in executing marketing promotions, seasonal menus, or special events.
10. Maintain a presentable, well-organized dining area that reflects the restaurant's standard.
Administrative & Reporting Duties:
1. Compile and submit sales reports, staff attendance logs, and petty cash records.
2. Analyze daily sales data and highlight trends or issues for management review.
3. Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation, report formatting, and basic data analysis.
