Job Description

A. Operations Management

Supervise the outlet's daily operations, including opening, closing, and shift handover routines. Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared, presented, and served according to company quality standards. Uphold strict cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across kitchen and dining areas. Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner. Monitor inventory levels to support seamless operations and assist with stock control activities.

B. Staff Leadership & Development

Lead, motivate, and guide team members to consistently deliver exceptional customer service. Plan and organize work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and proper shift coverage. Conduct on-the-job training for new hires on service procedures, company policies, and menu knowledge. Assess employee performance and provide feedback or recommendations to the Outlet Manager.

C. Sales & Guest Experience

Support the Outlet Manager in achieving and surpassing daily and monthly sales targets. Promote upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance revenue opportunities. Ensure every guest enjoys a pleasant dining experience through attentive and consistent service.

D. Administration & Reporting

Prepare and submit daily operational reports, including sales summaries, cash reconciliation, and inventory usage. Ensure compliance with company procedures on cash handling, staff conduct, and workplace safety. Promptly communicate any operational issues, equipment faults, or staffing concerns to the Outlet Manager.
