Manage the restaurant's daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Lead, motivate, and train team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences consistently. Supervise staff performance while ensuring adherence to company policies and SOPs. Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner. Uphold high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety at all times. Coordinate with the kitchen team to guarantee accurate and timely food service. Oversee stock control and manage inventory to maintain sufficient supply levels. Assist in preparing duty rosters and arranging shift schedules. Prepare and submit daily operational and sales reports. Ensure that all opening and closing tasks are executed correctly.

Job Requirements



Proven background in a supervisory role within the food & beverage or hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and team management capabilities. Customer-focused with solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Knowledge of POS systems and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. A Diploma or equivalent qualification in hospitality or a related field is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
