Job Responsibility Ensuring that the teams are following the SOP and ISO procedures while on duty Daily reporting and reconciliation of sales transactions Managing amenities and linen storage & inventory Issue purchase requisition forms Conducting briefing Handling complains from email and phone calls Assist in conducting audit checks on all operational SOP Assist in conducting on-job training to all team members Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/\'O\' Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/\'A\' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field. Required skill(s): Culinary arts or cooking in a professional setting.
