Supervise daily outlet operations including opening, closing, and shift handover procedures.
Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to company standards.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance in the kitchen and dining area.
Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure sufficient stock levels for daily operations and assist in inventory control.
B. Staff Supervision & Training
Lead, motivate, and supervise outlet team members to deliver excellent customer service.
Prepare daily duty rosters and manage staff attendance and punctuality.
Conduct on-the-job training for new staff on service standards, SOPs, and product knowledge.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to the Outlet Manager.
C. Sales & Customer Service
Support the Outlet Manager in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Promote upselling and cross-selling activities to improve average spending per customer.
Maintain a positive customer experience through consistent service delivery.
D. Administration & Reporting
Prepare daily sales reports, cash reconciliation, and stock usage reports.
Ensure compliance with all company policies including cash handling, staff conduct, and safety.
Report operational issues, equipment breakdowns, or staff misconduct to the Outlet Manager.
