DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise day to day operations of restaurant.
Deliver, maintain and guide all team members with superior customer service and maximize customer satisfaction.
Respond efficiently and accurately to guest complaints.
Assist manager in ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Assist manager on reports for monthly revenues and expenses, HR shift reports for payroll and inventory reports.
Ordering of raw ingredients using POS system.
Implement policies and protocols as per Samadhi standards that will maintain future restaurant operations.
Make sure restaurant Sales Dashboard filled daily.
Guest Feedback Forms are provided and filled by dining patrons.
Responsible for attending and closing dining events of between 1 - 20 pax.
Execute monthly inventory check and audit of kitchen ingredients, and equipment.
Review and respond to all online reviews and determine corrective action.
Responsibility for cashier.
Responsibility for opening and closing restaurant.
Manage laundry for daily operation.
Floor staff job (runner, hostess, taking order and assist bar).
OTHERS
Adjust to changes in job requirements and the property's operational strategies to meet business needs.
Maintain an efficient and effective administrative system.
Continue professional development by self-directed learning and participation in group sponsored training programs.
