Minimum SPM
Computer literate
With/without experience (Training provided)
40 years and below
Customer satisfaction-oriented
At least 2 years in F&B
Those with existing supervisor in F&B or those who wants to develop their leadership skills

Scopes:

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily operational tasks in compliance with Company\xe2\x80\x99s Standard Operating Procedures (example: Food Preparation, Customer Service)
Deliver good customer service to all customers (eg: Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs)
Supervision & Training of staff
P&L Accountability
Handle customer complaints.
Good team player.
Good problem solving skills.
