Job Description

A. Operations Management

Oversee the daily running of the outlet, including opening, closing, and shift transition activities. Ensure all food and beverage products are prepared, presented, and served in accordance with company quality standards. Maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across both kitchen and dining areas. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently and courteously. Monitor stock availability to support daily operations and assist in inventory management.

B. Staff Leadership & Development

Lead, guide, and inspire the outlet team to consistently deliver outstanding service. Prepare and organize daily staff schedules, ensuring attendance, punctuality, and proper shift coverage. Conduct hands-on training sessions for new employees on service procedures, operational standards, and menu knowledge. Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback or recommendations to the Outlet Manager for improvement.

C. Sales & Guest Experience

Assist the Outlet Manager in achieving and exceeding sales targets and business goals. Encourage upselling and suggestive selling to increase customer spending and overall revenue. Ensure guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience through attentive and consistent service.

D. Administration & Reporting

Compile and submit daily operational reports, including sales summaries, cash balancing, and inventory updates. Ensure all operational practices comply with company policies on cash management, employee conduct, and workplace safety. Promptly report any operational challenges, equipment issues, or staff-related matters to the Outlet Manager.
