Job Responsibility Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks. Grind coffee beans and brew coffee using various methods (espresso machine, pour-over, French press, etc.). Froth milk for cappuccinos and lattes. Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients and brewing methods. Recommend and suggest beverages to customers based on their preferences. Keep the coffee preparation area clean and organized. Clean and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment. Promote special menu items, promotions, or loyalty programs. Job Requirements Understanding of various coffee brewing methods. Knowledge of different types of coffee beans and blends. Familiarity with a variety of beverages, including espresso-based drinks.
