Responsibilities

• Promote Boutique Activities: Introduce and effectively promote marketing plans, loyalty schemes, events, workshops, and promotions to both new and existing clients.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales goals and expectations.
• Housekeeping & Procedures: Participate in routine housekeeping tasks and consistently follow operational procedures.
• Sales Transactions: Conduct accurate sales transactions and handle sales collections.
• Self-Commission Reporting: Calculate and submit your commission report to the Retail Manager promptly and accurately.
• Team Communication: Collaborate with the Retail Manager to enhance sales and teamwork.
• Stock Security: Take measures to reduce stock loss and maintain boutique security.
• Merchandising: Ensure that merchandise is visually appealing, up-to-date, and aligned with marketing plans.
• Stock Monitoring: Keep track of stock batch codes and update the Retail Manager on expiration dates.
• Pricing Accuracy: Ensure that all stock pricing is correct.
