Retail Assistant
Job Description
Location: PUBLIKA : 1.Attend to customers\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries and provide customer service in meeting customer expectations 2.Assist the pharmacist in dispensing drugs and other duties 3.Resolves customer issues in a timely and professional manner 4.Manage and monitor inventory, stock and expired products 5.Price tagging and arrangement of stocks 6.Attend and manage retail sales, processing cash and card payment 7.Ensure the retail outlet is clean and tidy at all times 8.Assist in stock takes and other events 9.Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned from time to time
