• Required Language(s) : Mandarin and English
• 1-2 years experience in healthy beauty wellness industry is an advantage (training will be provided to fresh graduate)
• We are looking for individuals that are dedicated and passionate to sell essential oils and skin care products with a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service environment.
• Willingness to learn and is good team player
• Positive attitude and believe in natural healing
• Flexibility in traveling to other outlet locations
• Willing to learn Microsoft Office
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
• Adaptability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Tanggungjawab

• Assists store manager/Person in charge complete daily tasks (ie: ensure all outlets are open).
• Assist in events and store after working hours duties when necessary.

• Coordinate administrative tasks with Headquarters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by retail outlets.
• Monitor the activities of the customer service department of retail outlets to ensure a satisfied clientele (ie: NPS).
• Contact store managers and other retail staff to communicate relevant information.
• Visit retail establishments to ensure efficient and effective management (ie: monthly stock takes).
• Monitor inventory levels to determine the need for stock supply at each retail outlet (weekly basis).
• Ensure compliance with health/safety policies and procedures at retail sites.
• Supports administrative work and follows up closely on any given tasks.
• Daily updates on progress of tasks.
• Weekly ground shifts at sites.
• Strive to IT personal sales and other store target
• Introduce and effectively promote right product to customers
• Communicate with Retail Manager to build sales, teamwork and handle customer complaints
• Maintain company\'s brand image at your best interest.
