• Team Leadership: Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising a team of retail associates. Provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to team members to ensure a high level of performance and customer service.
• Customer Service: Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service. Resolve customer inquiries and issues to ensure a positive shopping experience. Train and coach staff on providing excellent customer service.
• Sales and Revenue: Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and maximize store revenue. Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive store profitability.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control and stock management. Ensure the store is adequately stocked and that merchandise is well-organized.
• Visual Merchandising: Work with the visual merchandising team to maintain an attractive and organized store layout that enhances the customer experience.
• Loss Prevention: Enforce security and loss prevention measures to protect the store\'s assets and reduce shrinkage.
• Operational Excellence: Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics. Provide regular updates to the Store Manager.

• Previous retail experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Basic knowledge of retail math and financial principles.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor\'s degree in Business or related field is a plus).
