Job Description
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and working in a vibrant team environment? We are looking for a Retail Assistant to join our Moonlight Cake House team in Kulai, Johor. This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive a fantastic experience when visiting our bakery.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and assisting customers with their purchases Providing recommendations on our delicious cake and pastry offerings Maintaining a clean and well-organised retail space Restocking shelves and displaying products attractively Handling cash and card transactions accurately Supporting the wider bakery team as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry A friendly, positive and helpful attitude towards customers Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently A genuine passion for high-quality food and baked goods Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
