KelayakanThe Retail Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager in leading and supervising a retail sales team to achieve sales goals, maintain customer service excellence, and ensure an efficient and profitable operation of the store. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, promoting merchandise, and implementing promotional strategies.Responsibilities:Team Leadership and Development:
  • Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and training retail staff.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and support to team members to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
  • Motivate and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve high standards of performance.
Customer Service Excellence:
  • Ensure every customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly and welcoming environment.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the shopping experience.
Sales and Operational Goals:
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to drive store profitability.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure proper merchandising and visual presentation standards are maintained according to company guidelines.
Inventory Management:
  • Assist in managing inventory levels and merchandise ordering to maintain appropriate stock levels.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize shrinkage and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to resolve issues related to orders and deliveries.
Operational Efficiency:
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  • Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and deposit preparation.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards in the store.
Promotional Activities:
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional events, sales campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of promotions and recommend adjustments to improve sales and customer engagement.
Tanggungjawab
  • Proven experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or in a similar role within the retail industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in retail management is a plus.
