Job Description
Store Operations
Assist in the day-to-day management of store operations.
Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.
Supervise opening and closing procedures.
Customer Service
Maintain high standards of customer service.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints promptly.
Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns.
Team Supervision
Assist in scheduling, supervising, and motivating staff.
Provide training and guidance to sales assistants.
Support in monitoring team performance and attendance.
Sales & Targets
Assist in achieving store sales targets and KPIs.
Track daily sales and report any variances to the Store Manager.
Motivate staff to upsell and maintain product knowledge.
Inventory & Merchandising
Ensure stock levels are adequate and replenished when needed.
Assist in stock counts, stock rotation, and loss prevention.
Reporting
Provide daily/weekly operational and sales reports to the Store Manager.
Escalate any issues affecting operations or team morale.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
