Greet and assist customers at the booth with a positive and professional attitude
Provide detailed product knowledge and answer questions about ingredients, benefits, and usage
Demonstrate products through samples and interactive experiences
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized booth appearance, including product displays and signage
Monitor inventory levels and report when restocking is needed
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team
Promote special offers, discounts, and loyalty programs
Requirements
SPM or higher
Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and peak shopping hours
Basic math and cash handling skills
Energetic, approachable, and comfortable approaching customers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
