Job Description
Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable retail store environment at all times.
Remain attentive to customers and provide recommendations when necessary.
Be knowledgeable about the brand, designers, and services to give accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries.
Handle customer complaints and concerns with constructive and effective solutions.
Assist with inventory counts and the arrangement of new products, including updates to in-store and window displays.
Report to the Business Team.
