Job Summary:



As a Retail Assistant, you will provide excellent customer service, promote products, and ensure proper stock arrangement. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for customers, assisting them in locating products, and explaining product features. Your role is to support the daily operations of the store and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:



Greet and Assist Customers:

Greet customers warmly and provide advice on products that best suit their needs. Help customers in selecting and testing products.

Ensure Effective Sales:

Identify customer needs and recommend the right products. Advise customers on promotions, special offers, and purchase policies.

Inventory Management:

Ensure products are well-stocked and neatly arranged on shelves. Assist with restocking and organizing products in the store.

Enhance Customer Experience:

Provide clear explanations of product features and facilitate smooth transactions. Handle payments and counter operations efficiently.

Maintain Store Cleanliness:

Ensure the store is kept clean, tidy, and well-organized throughout the day. Assist with restocking shelves and setting up product displays.

Perform Other Ad-Hoc Duties:

Carry out additional tasks as instructed by the manager or senior staff. Support special sales events or promotional activities.

Job Requirements:



Education:

Minimum SPM or equivalent in any field.

Communication Skills:

Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.

Personality:

Friendly, customer-oriented, and approachable.

Willingness to Work:

Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Experience (Preferred):

Experience in retail, pharmacy, or clinic settings is an advantage.

Other Qualifications:

Able to start work immediately and eager to learn new products and sales strategies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
