Retail Assistant (vivacity Megamall, Kuching)
Job Description
Keep the retail store clean, organized, and comfortable at all times.
Stay attentive to customers and offer recommendations when necessary.
Be well-informed about the brand, designers, and services to provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Address customer complaints and concerns with constructive and effective solutions.
Assist with inventory counting and arranging new products, including updating in-store and window displays.
Reports to the Business Team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
