Responsibilities To build and maintain good relationships with customers. Promote and provide customers with clear and accurate product information - product features, pricing, after-sales services and etc. To achieve monthly sales targets. Perform and adhere to company standard operations procedures. Support in various aspects of sales and operational activities in the boutique with full commitment. Ensure the shop floor is maintained to a high standard at all times. Perform any ad-hoc task and other relevant duties when required or assigned. Qualifications Minimum 2 years relevant working experience preferably in luxury retailing, airline, or fashion industry. Candidates with experience in fine watches retail business will be an added advantage. Proficient in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Malay. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to commit to retail hours and willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays. Honest, responsible, team player and outgoing personality with a strong desire to excel in achieving targets. Must be well-groomed, customer-oriented, presentable, and have a pleasant personality.
