Senior Retail Associate - Sunway Pyramid

Primary

• Achieve individual and/or shared sales target assigned.
• To maintain, build and provide excellent customer service, rapport and customer loyalty.
• Proactively follow up and responds positively to customer queries, needs and complaints
• Uses in-store interactive tools and product promotions to drive sales.
• Keeping abreast of the latest sports news (or trends in fashion) in order to possess in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively.
• Ensure that visual merchandising standards are adhered to at all times.
• To operate POS efficiently and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
• Be presentable at all times in the selling area, adhering to grooming standard

Secondary

• To maintain the tidiness and safety of the store environment
• To replenish merchandise, conduct stock checks and manage the fitting room or stock room
• Adhere to company retail standards, operations procedures and policy
• Assist to coach and guide Retail Associates and new team members.
• Assigned to assist the deputy Store-in-charge to run daily store operations
• Assist to handle more complex retail operation tasks assigned by Superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant working experience in the retail industry - Sports/Luxury/Fashion or FMCG
• Good command of verbal and written English and Bahasa Melayu languages, ability to speak additional languages will be an added advantage.
• Excellent team player, customer service and sales driven
