Primary

Achieve individual and/or shared sales target assigned.
To maintain, build and provide excellent customer service, rapport and customer loyalty.
Proactively follow up and responds positively to customer queries, needs and complaints
Uses in-store interactive tools and product promotions to drive sales.
Keeping abreast of the latest sports news (or trends in fashion) in order to possess in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively.
Ensure that visual merchandising standards are adhered to at all times.
To operate POS efficiently and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
Be presentable at all times in the selling area, adhering to grooming standard

Secondary

To maintain the tidiness and safety of the store environment
To replenish merchandise, conduct stock checks and manage the fitting room or stock room
Adhere to company retail standards, operations procedures and policy
Assist to coach and guide Retail Associates and new team members.
Assigned to assist the deputy Store-in-charge to run daily store operations
Assist to handle more complex retail operation tasks assigned by Superior.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant working experience in the retail industry - Sports/Luxury/Fashion or FMCG
Good command of verbal and written English and Bahasa Melayu languages, ability to speak additional languages will be an added advantage.
Excellent team player, customer service and sales driven
