Job Summary:

This position requires GoGetters to commit for 1-3 months at Sacoor Brothers.

We're looking for a friendly and driven Retail Sales Associate to join our team! Help customers find the perfect products and ensure the store runs smoothly.

Available Stores:

Sacoor Brothers Melaka Premium Outlet

Blue Store Shift:

1-hour break
Thursday - Sunday (12PM - 9PM)

Normal Store Shift:

1-hour break
Thursday: 1PM - 10PM
Friday: 3PM - 10PM
Saturday & Sunday: 12PM - 10PM

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a smile. Help customers locate products and offer advice. Provide information on products, pricing, and promotions. Present and restock merchandise as needed. Collect items from the warehouse upon request. Address customer queries and provide feedback. Meet sales targets set by the Store Manager. Receive, unpack, and organize stock. Keep the store clean and organized. Report any issues to the Store Manager.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills. Positive attitude and customer-first mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Dress Code & Uniform:

Keep uniform clean, steamed, and free from gloss. Shirts should be well-steamed, especially the collar. Wear dark, closed-toe shoes, regularly polished, with socks. Avoid bulky items in pockets. Keep rings and necklaces simple. No personal changes to the uniform or adding extra attire. Female hair must be tied in a ponytail; male hair should not exceed ear length or shirt collar. Hair dye must be a natural colour.
