Job Description
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing a welcoming and helpful shopping experience. Provide accurate information on products, promotions, new arrivals, and in-store offers. Actively promote sales and upsell products to meet store targets. Arrange newly arrived stock and ensure all products are displayed neatly and in order. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment at all times. Serve as the store's front-line representative, including handling the cashier counter. Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude. Work collaboratively with the team and adhere to rules and regulations set by the management. Perform duties with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment. Positive attitude and strong communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
