Responsibility

Position Summary: The Retail Associate/Senior Associate will assist in the overall management of the store

Be responsible for arranging, shelving, and maintaining the store's products to ensure a clean and organized shopping environment.

The role also involves assisting customers as needed and providing excellent customer service.

The role is shift-based, and candidates must be flexible with their availability, including weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Arrangement & Shelving: - Ensure all store shelves are stocked, organized, and properly labelled. - Assist in the unloading of deliveries and arrange products in the storage area and on the sales floor.

2. Customer Service: - Provide assistance to customers by answering queries and guiding them to product locations. -

3. Store Maintenance: - Ensure the store is clean, including aisles, shelves, and product display areas. -

4. Team Collaboration: - Work closely with store supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth store operations. -

Qualifications and Skills:-

Good communication and interpersonal skills with basic computer knowledge( ability to compose & send emails etc)

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.-

Quick learner and able to adapt to new environments.

Flexible and willing to work shift-based hours, including weekends and holidays.

The candidate may be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Benefits

Working Conditions:- Shift-based schedule, which may include weekends and public holidays.- The role may require standing for extended periods, and lifting or moving products and stock.

Compensation:Basic Salary - RM 1.800.00 to RM 2,200.00

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
