We are currently seeking a Retail BAT Analyst to join DHL eCommerce Malaysia!We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Retail BAT Analyst to support our retail operations by ensuring the efficient management and development of our retail systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks related to system development, account management, retail operation support, and reporting.Essential Duties and Responsibilities1. System Development & Testing: Gather requirements, raise Change Requests (CR), conduct testing, and troubleshoot system issues for retail platforms (DHL POS, Retail Portal, Retail App).2. Account Management: Create and maintain accounts for retail partners and staff, manage POS system updates, and ensure accuracy in account details and system setups.3. Retail Operation Support: Resolve system-related issues, coordinate retail campaigns, manage notifications and banners, and handle billing disputes.4. Reporting: Generate and compile regular reports on retail operations, including voucher usage, Smart QR User lists, and prepaid running numbers.5.
