Job Description

• Oversees staff and fulfils staffing needs for regular hours, as well as special events or high-traffic times.
• Maintains and motivates a positive sales team through continuous communication, incentives, and evaluations.
• Check and confirms daily sales reports and cash receipts
• Ensures monies are deposited regularly, and reports are submitted as prescribed by Company policies.
• Address customer needs and resolves issues, ensuring positive and long-term customer relationships.
• Plans, propose, and coordinates sales, marketing, and budgeting for any event/road show
• Ensures outlet's inventory data is correct by performing spot inventory counts and checks.
• Collaborates with sales manager and marketing manager to develop, coordinate, and identify cost-effective advertising and hiring strategies.
• Ensures that the outlet always looks tidy and inviting.
• Places and rotates stocks to attract positive attention from customers.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by Sales Manager
• Interviews, selectively hires, and trains staff for the retail location.
• Review work and task performed by each sales staff and sales admin.
• Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of staff.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Handles discipline or problematic employees as needed and in accordance with Company policy
• Providing training, coaching, development, and motivation for branches staff
• Carry out ad hoc tasks or projects for continuous work process improvement from time to time as required by the superior or the Company.
• Keep Section Head and Operation Manager informed on any customer problems/opportunities timely
• Record and report required information in a timely and accurate manner
