  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team to success.
  • Able to travel and work Malaysia East Coast (Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang)
Tanggungjawab

1. Team Leadership:
  • Supervise, mentor, and lead a team of business development executives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Set clear goals and targets for the team, and monitor progress towards achieving them.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
2. Business Strategy:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company\'s goals and objectives.
  • Identify new market segments, niches, and potential business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management to refine and adjust the business development strategy based on market trends and competitive analysis.
3. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and establish productive partnerships to expand the client base.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns to uphold the company\'s reputation for exceptional customer service.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, industry challenges, and potential growth areas.
  • Analyse competitor activities and market dynamics to proactively identify opportunities for differentiation and strategic advantage.
5. Sales and Business Development:
  • Lead the team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
  • Participate in negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
6. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
