Plan daily and weekly work schedules for branch staff and the Retail team to ensure optimal manpower allocation and efficient operations across all outlets.
Ensure manpower requirements are met according to each outlet's operational needs, including forecasting peak hours or potential manpower shortages.
Update and manage operational records such as attendance, staff movements, and leave schedules, while coordinating with the Human Resources Department.
Review and verify the accuracy of daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to ensure completeness and timely submission.
Liaise and coordinate with various departments to ensure necessary goods, materials, and equipment are delivered to outlets on time without disrupting operations.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of gig workers, ensuring that submitted reports meet the company's standards of accuracy, quality, and accountability.
Communicate and coordinate with vendors and external service providers (such as cleaning companies, suppliers, etc.) to ensure smooth daily operations and prompt resolution of service-related issues.
Provide support for ad hoc assignments, including coordination and distribution of marketing materials, and other tasks as assigned from time to time.
Provide assistance when required to support smooth daily operations and ensure outlets are well-prepared for business activities.
