Responsibilities

• Manage showroom Sales and Operations & overseeing retail staff
• Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and staff performance
• Motivating staff to achieve targets
• Ensure high levels of customer shopping experience
• Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks
• Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, pricing, and the general appearance of the showroom
• Training new staff members and scheduling shifts
• Follow all company\'s SOP and maintain the company image
• Hardworking, Trustworthy & Honest
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and/or public holidays
• Able to work at 1Utama / Mid Valley / Sunway Velocity / IOI City Mall / Setapak / Starling Mall / 3 Damansara
