Job Summary:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing planning support to ensure the timely delivery of products & services in line with business objectives. You will play a crucial role in managing, sales forecasting, and resource allocation to meet demand effectively. Your efforts will contribute to the success of our operations.
Responsibilities:
Analyze sales trends and historical data to identify patterns and insights. Use this information to create accurate sales forecasts and adjust plans accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that align with business goals. Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives, product launches, promotional events and across channels
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and measure performance against established targets. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Conduct regular review meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress, address challenges, and align on next steps.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in retail operations. Experience in telecommunications industry highly desirable.
Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate across functions and at all organizational levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of Sales Force or other ERP systems is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership potential, including the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
