The Retail Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively. The role includes managing staff, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the retail store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishments.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
Analyze sales reports and suggest strategies for improvement.
Train, mentor, and develop store staff to improve performance.
Implement company policies, procedures, and standards within the store.
Monitor competitor activity and report on trends.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
