:

Oversee Beauty Advisor day to day operation excellent Monitor business to adhere company's sales strategy Coach sales representatives on technical aspects of organization's products and services, marketing campaign, sales promotion, sales techniques, procedures, standard to achieve sales target Increase BA productivity via product & selling skills Responsible for implementation of sales service toward shopper Ensuring the beauty advisor requirement is fit to the company guideline Compliance on Beauty Advisors representation as it is reflection of Company & brand image guidelines (grooming and makeup are impeccable) Participate, supervise & manage events & sales activities (e.g. roadshow, concourse & in-store, and etc)

Co-ordinate & assist on retail engagement activities:

Retail Mid-Year & Year-End Conference, Trainings for BABT, and etc To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

At least 3-year experience in beauty advisor management, events, or retail industry. At least 2-year experience in supervisory role. Analytical, business acumen, negotiation, customer-oriented, people management, presentation, result-driven. Computer literacy in MS Office. Good command in English both spoken and written.

Willing to cover Sabah & Sarawak (based in Kuching)
