Certificate or Diploma in a related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in beauty advisor management, events, or the retail industry.
Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience.
Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and negotiation abilities.
Customer-oriented with proven people management skills.
Effective presentation, coaching, and motivational skills.
Result-driven and proactive.
Proficient in MS Office.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Must be willing to travel and cover the East Malaysia region (Sabah & Sarawak).
Responsibilities:
Financial Dimensions
Responsible for Beauty Advisor (BA) sales target achievements.
Manage fixed costs including salary, claims, and other expenses.
Derive Business Strategy and Objectives
Implement retail strategy and sales plan.
Customer Orientation
Build and maintain strong business relationships with store personnel.
Support Beauty Advisors and attend to customers during events.
Oversee Beauty Advisors' day-to-day operations for excellence.
Monitor business performance to align with company's retail strategy.
Coach sales representatives on product knowledge, marketing campaigns, sales promotions, techniques, and standard operating procedures to achieve sales targets.
Drive BA productivity through enhanced product knowledge and selling skills.
Ensure excellent customer service execution.
Ensure BAs meet company requirements and adhere to grooming and makeup standards, reflecting the company's brand image.
Business Process Implementation
Ensure timely execution of pricing and promotions.
Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and retail practices.
Other Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and manage sales events and activities (e.g., roadshows, concourse events, in-store promotions).
Coordinate and support retail engagement activities such as mid-year and year-end conferences, and BA training sessions.
Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
