Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting suitable eyewear.
Explain product features, promotions, and pricing to customers.
Handle sales transactions including order processing, payments, and receipts.
Maintain the store's cleanliness, product displays, and stock arrangement.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports when required.
Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily store operations
Job Requirements:
Malaysian citizen only.
Minimum SPM qualification (or equivalent).
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
Entitled to 2 rest days on weekdays.
Pleasant personality, customer-oriented, and disciplined.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
Experience in retail / customer service / sales is an advantage.
Must have a clean background record with no history of illegal activities, criminal offences, or serious disciplinary cases.
