• Preferably with retail sales experience to promote and provide consultation on furniture or similar products.
• Good spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Optional Mandarin, Foreign Language & etc.)
• The candidate needs to be energetic, outgoing, proactive, creative, fun, and have outstanding selling and networking skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, result-oriented, and strong in customer relationship and selling skills

Tanggungjawab

• To assist in the retail store (offline and online sale) with day-to-day operation including stock planning, identifying merchandise range expansion, as well as ensuring the safety and security of the retail store.
• Sales driven position and ensure yearly sale target given is achieved.
• To grasp every possible walk-in and online sales opportunity.
• To possess good knowledge of the wide range of products in order to promote and market them well.
• To provide consultation to customers and ensure they have a pleasant shopping experience with us.
• To handle customer service - enquiry, complaints, and service required.
• To ensure the store are clean and well presented.
• To assist in advertisement and promotion activities for offline and online sales to drive engagement and leads for a range of customers.
• Liaising with warehouse for delivery arrangement; preparing and handling all relevant documents and ensuring smooth delivery of goods.
• Any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
