Job Summary

We are seeking a multi-talented Interior Design Architect who is experienced in 3D rendering, architectural drafting, and M&E planning. The candidate should be capable of handling interior layout proposals, 3D visuals, technical plan drafting, and coordinating with M&E consultants to ensure accurate and compliant submissions.

Optional but Valuable:

Experience with authority submissions in Malaysia Able to manage contractors or site works Familiar with BIM workflows

Required Skills / Qualifications:

Interior Design

Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture Experience in space planning, material selection, finishes, etc. Understanding of local interior design trends and codes (especially in Malaysia)

3D Rendering

Proficiency in 3D software like SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or Lumion Rendering engines like V-Ray, Enscape, or Twinmotion Able to create realistic renders and walkthroughs

Architectural Structuring

Strong knowledge of building structure concepts Experience working with civil/structural engineers Understands load-bearing walls, ceiling/floor structures, etc.

M&E (Mechanical & Electrical)

Familiarity with HVAC, electrical layout, plumbing, and lighting systems Ability to coordinate with M&E consultants Experience in M&E drawing preparation using AutoCAD or Revit MEP

Drafting & Technical Planning

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD Able to create detailed construction drawings Knowledge of local regulations and submission standards (e.g., to DBKL or MBPJ)

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
