Requirements

  • Able to Speak English and Mandarin
  • At least 1 year of work experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Responsible for the overall operations and performance of the outlets, which includes growth, brand objectives, merchandising, operations management, loss prevention, expenses control, recruit and retain retail team.
  • Lead and motivate retail team to achieve sales targets, with high standard of performance, good teamwork, effective communication, consistent positive result, continuous improlement and excellent customer service
  • Conduct business review and market information with the management along with action plans to maximize sales and profit.
  • Practise top-down and bottom-up communication to ensure business priorities, brand objectives, marketing initiatives and sales targets are well delivered.
  • Build relationship with mall management, landlords, departmental store and other business partners to ease identifying locations for outlet network expansion for better profitability and brand positioning.
  • Guarantee compliance with all SOPs and guidelines set by the Company, trade authorities, mall management and department store.
Responsibility
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Archive Sales Target
  • Deal with internal conflicts, as well as providing solutions and logical way out.
