Responsible for the overall operations and performance of the outlets, which includes growth, brand objectives, merchandising, operations management, loss prevention, expenses control, recruit and retain retail team.
Lead and motivate retail team to achieve sales targets, with high standard of performance, good teamwork, effective communication, consistent positive result, continuous improlement and excellent customer service
Conduct business review and market information with the management along with action plans to maximize sales and profit.
Practise top-down and bottom-up communication to ensure business priorities, brand objectives, marketing initiatives and sales targets are well delivered.
Build relationship with mall management, landlords, departmental store and other business partners to ease identifying locations for outlet network expansion for better profitability and brand positioning.
Guarantee compliance with all SOPs and guidelines set by the Company, trade authorities, mall management and department store.
