Job Highlights \xe2\x80\xa2 Annual Increment \xe2\x80\xa2 Job Promotion \xe2\x80\xa2 Good Annual Bonus \xe2\x80\xa2 Entitlement of Overtime (Rest Day, Public Holiday) \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribution of EPF, Socso, EIS \xe2\x80\xa2 Good environment place of work Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing and determines shop cash flow, expenses, sales records \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and complete daily store operation jobs \xe2\x80\xa2 Market merchandising by studying promotion, pricing, product display, stock control and stock manage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Achieve the sales target \xe2\x80\xa2 Resolve customer problems \xe2\x80\xa2 Contributing to the team in order to accomplish and achieve the result and team work \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to undertake the ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required from time to time which assigned by the superior Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Professional Degree or above in any field. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least having a year of experience in Sales, Retailing or relevant field would be an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Having leadership skills and mentor the team \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be confident, friendly and able to provide good customer services. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive and initiative team player with the ability to achieve sales targets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Independent, ambitious and team driven. \xe2\x80\xa2 Charismatic, hardworking and able to commit as part of the retail team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have the passion and drive to grow together with the team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work accordingly to retail hours, including weekends & Public Holidays (Alternate Rest Day) \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess transport for traveling.
We are an importer and wholesaler of spices located in Jitra Kedah. We have two ranges that are divided into spices in bulk sack (Raw) and in the form of spices in powder.We aim for this company to be able to expose to the whole country by introducing our products.
